Shipping & Returns:
Shipping charges will be based on weight and destination. Shipping rates are per order, not per package.
For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in order to be processed and shipped the same day.
Shipping is not available outside the Continental United States and Hawaii. We cannot ship to U.S. territories or internationally. UPS shipping is not available to PO Boxes. For UPS, please be sure to provide the actual street address for delivery. Orders submitted with a PO Box for a shipping address will not be processed.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our warehouses are open to prepare and ship orders from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Any orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will not be processed until the next business day.
Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned products. All returns will be processed within 15 business days. Please note that we will not refund your shipping cost for the return of new products. You have 30 days from receipt of package to return your products to Boiron. After 30 days your order is deemed as accepted.
RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS FOR REPLACEMENT
Occasionally, items are damaged during shipping.
For replacement, please return the damaged goods to us. We will not issue a refund for damaged goods, only send a replacement. For returns over 10 lbs (total), please call Customer Service at 800-258-8823 and we will issue a UPS call tag to pick up the damaged item(s). For returns that are less than 10 lbs (total), please return it via USPS Media Mail. When you return it via this method, please include the shipping cost of returning the item(s), and we will credit your account for that amount. Please include a letter with your contact information, and fully describe the damage or defect of the item(s).
All replacements will be sent out within 5 business days of receiving the damaged goods. Mail damaged items to:
